brussels sprouts salad
A friend gave me this recipe because she loved it so much and thought I would too. She was right because we loved it. It keeps well in the frig for a couple of days.

Ingredients
- 1 pound brussels sprouts shredded
- 4 - green onions sliced
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds toasted
- 1 tablespoon grainy mustard
- 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- - salt and pepper
How To Make brussels sprouts salad

Step 1Clean and trim Brussels Sprouts and cut in half from stem end to top and finely shred.

Step 2Place in bowl along with green onions and sunflower seeds.

Step 3Make dressing by whisking together mustard, vinegar, honey and olive oil. Pour over the salad and stir well. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Step 4Make several hours before serving.
