Brussels Sprouts Salad
1 lbbrussels sprouts shredded
4green onions sliced
1/4 csunflower seeds toasted
1 Tbspgrainy mustard
3 Tbspwhite wine vinegar
2 Tbspolive oil
·salt and pepper
How to Make Brussels Sprouts Salad
- Clean and trim Brussels Sprouts and cut in half from stem end to top and finely shred.
- Place in bowl along with green onions and sunflower seeds.
- Make dressing by whisking together mustard, vinegar, honey and olive oil. Pour over the salad and stir well. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Make several hours before serving.
