A friend gave me this recipe because she loved it so much and thought I would too. She was right because we loved it. It keeps well in the frig for a couple of days.

Ingredients

brussels sprouts shredded
4
green onions sliced
1/4 c
sunflower seeds toasted
1 Tbsp
grainy mustard
3 Tbsp
white wine vinegar
2 tsp
honey
2 Tbsp
olive oil
salt and pepper

How to Make Brussels Sprouts Salad

Step-by-Step

  • 1Clean and trim Brussels Sprouts and cut in half from stem end to top and finely shred.
  • 2Place in bowl along with green onions and sunflower seeds.
  • 3Make dressing by whisking together mustard, vinegar, honey and olive oil. Pour over the salad and stir well. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • 4Make several hours before serving.
