2 qtbrussels sprouts

1 1/8 tspsea salt

2 1/4 cboiling water

1 1/2 cdiced celery
-
6 Tbspbutter (not margarine)

6 Tbspflour
-
·dash of pepper
How to Make BRUSSELS SPROUTS IN CELERY SAUCE
- Cook Brussels sprouts until tender. Drain very well. Add salt to water stir in celery. Cook for 15 minutes drain well, reserving celery liquid.
- Melt butter blend in flour. Combine celery liquid with enough milk to measure 3 cups liquid stir into flour mixture.
- Cook until smooth and thick, stirring constantly.
- Add celery and pepper pour over Brussels sprouts. Yield 8 servings
