Quick and easy side dish that serves 4-5 people. Easily multiplied for bigger groups and will stay ready to serve in a crock pot on warm setting without getting too soft.

Ingredients

  • 1 16oz packages frozen brussel sprouts
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon montreal steak seasoning

How To Make brussel sprouts with bacon

  • Step 1
    Prepare frozen Brussel sprouts per package direction. (Roast or boil if using fresh)
  • Step 2
    Fry Bacon, remove from pan and crumble. Add Butter (or Olive oil) to pan and saute onion. Add Steak seasoning and additional salt and pepper if desired.
  • Step 3
    Combine all ingredients and enjoy
