Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups bisquick
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 packages frozen, choppd broccoli (thawed n drained) fresh can b used, just slightly cooked first !
- 1 package mozzerella, 8 oz. chopped
- 4 - eggs, beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon blk. pepper
- - a pinch of cayenne (or more) optional
- 1 medium onion, chopped n sauteed

Step 1IN A 9X13 BAKING DISH (I USED THROW AWAY TIN)MIX BISQUICK N VEG.OIL ADD SALT N PEPPER TO BEATEN EGGS (A PINCH OF CAYENNE PEPPER, OPTIONAL) THEN ADD TO MIXTURE IN BAKING PAN....ADD CHOPPED MOZZERELLA N BROCCOLI N SAUTEED ONIONS N STIR.

Step 2PREHEAT OVEN 350 N BAKE FOR 40 MINUTES...LET STAND FOR 5 MINUTES B4 CUTTING....N ENJOY.
