If you really want something delicious and colorful to add to any meal or just want everyone to ask you for the recipe, this is a quick and easy fix! For Vegan leave out the bacon or add the fake stuff. Its good either way! Thx Gayle!

Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh broccoli florets (i like very small pieces -dime sized)
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup golden raisins
- 8 slices bacon (i used hormel or oscar myer real bacon in dressing isle)
- 1 cup duke's mayo
- 3 teaspoons red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup walnuts or pecan pieces
How To Make broccoli salad

Step 1Combine broccoli, onion, raisins and bacon in bowl

Step 2In another bowl, blend mayo, sugar and vinegar until sugar dissolved (adjust sugar for taste)

Step 3Pour over broccoli mixture, add nuts and toss well.

Step 4Let stand in fridge for at least 1 hour, longer is better

Step 5Toss before serving
