This is a personal Favorite as well as being one of my Husbands favorites also. It's a big hit at family reunions and nay kind of pot luck. quick and easy to make and it tastes good.

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch
    broccoli
  • 5 slice
    bacon,cooked crisp and crumbled
  • 1 c
    raisins
  • 1 c
    craisins
  • 1 c
    dried cherries
  • 1 can(s)
    small can of crushed pineapple
  • 1 small
    red onion, chopped finedly
  • 1 1/2 c
    sharp chedder cheese
  • DRESSING

  • 1 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 c
    sugar

How to Make Broccoli Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix dressing and let set in refrigerator over night. Mix with salad when ready to serve
  2. Cook bacon crisp and drain on paper towel until cool.Cut broccoli in small pieces. crumble bacon into bowl. Add pineapple, raisins, craisins, and cherries. Chop and add onion. And shereded cheese.
    Mix together well. Add dressing a few mins. before servering.
