- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup golden raisins
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
How To Make broccoli rabe with garlic and golden raisins

Step 1Bring 8 cups of water to a boil in a large saucepan. Cut broccoli rabe into 2-inch pieces. Cook broccoli rabe in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain.

Step 2Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil to the pan; swirl to coat. Add crushed red pepper and garlic to the pan; cook 30 seconds, stirring occasionally.

Step 3Add broccoli rabe and raisins to the pan; cook 2 minutes. Stir in salt and black pepper.
