1 lb
broccoli rabe
1 Tbsp
extra virgin olive oil
1/8 tsp
crushed red pepper
3 clove
garlic, thinly sliced
1/4 c
golden raisins
1/4 tsp
kosher salt
1/4 tsp
black pepper, freshly ground


1Bring 8 cups of water to a boil in a large saucepan. Cut broccoli rabe into 2-inch pieces. Cook broccoli rabe in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain.
2Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil to the pan; swirl to coat. Add crushed red pepper and garlic to the pan; cook 30 seconds, stirring occasionally.
3Add broccoli rabe and raisins to the pan; cook 2 minutes. Stir in salt and black pepper.
