1Run the frozen peas through water in a strainer to defrost & let drip dry. Do same if broccoli is frozen. If using fresh I partially cook it and cool in ice water (drain well).
2Mix in pepper and garlic powder to taste. Mix all thoroughly and chill covreed, to let flavors mellow. You could add cooked elbow pasta at this point if you desire.
If you want this for a large group just double the ingredients.
