How to Make Broccoli Parmigiana
- Rinse broccoli. Split all large stems to decrease cooking time. Place in saucepan with 1 inch water.
- Bring to boil and cook for 5 minutes, uncovered. Cover and cook for 5-10 minutes or until tender.
- In a separate small saucepan, heat lemon juice, water, and olive oil. Pour over the broccoli. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Serve immediately.
