broccoli parmigiana
Broccoli is my favorite vegetable. This recipe is just so easy and the lemon juice and Parmesan cheese gives it that little extra bit of flavor that you might be looking for. If I happen to have mushrooms on hand, I will sometimes add sauteed mushrooms to it.

Ingredients
- 1 large bunch fresh broccoli
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3/4 - grated or shredded parmesan cheese
How To Make broccoli parmigiana

Step 1Rinse broccoli. Split all large stems to decrease cooking time. Place in saucepan with 1 inch water.

Step 2Bring to boil and cook for 5 minutes, uncovered. Cover and cook for 5-10 minutes or until tender.

Step 3In a separate small saucepan, heat lemon juice, water, and olive oil. Pour over the broccoli. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Step 4Serve immediately.
