Ingredients

  • 1
    egg, beaten
  • 1 pkg
    (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, partially thawed
  • 1 can(s)
    (8 oz.) cream style corn
  • 1 Tbsp
    grated onion
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • dash(es)
    pepper
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 c
    herb-seasoned stuffing mix

How to Make BROCCOLI & MORE

Step-by-Step

  1. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, corn, onion, salt and pepper.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt butter; add stuffing mix, tossing to coat.
  3. Stir 3/4 cups of the buttered stuffing mix into vegetable mixture. Turn into an ungreased 1-qt. casserole dish. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup stuffing mix.
  4. Bake, uncovered, in a pre-heated 350-degree oven for 35-40 minutes.
