broccoli mac & cheese (low carb)
I used fresh Broccoli the first time (as seen in picture); Second Time I was grossed out by bugs still in the stems, after seeing this is common online due to the florets being so close together, now I use Frozen haha So good even my son had seconds! Picture is showing Broccoli served with Stuffed Pepper.

Ingredients
- 2-3 medium heads of broccoli or cauliflower (or 6 cups) (cooked)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 to 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella
- 5-6 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar (plus extra to top the broccoli before baking!)
How To Make broccoli mac & cheese (low carb)

Step 1Preheat oven to 425 Degrees

Step 2Place Broccoli/Cauliflower in Baking Dish

Step 3Sauce Pan, heat butter and garlic

Step 4Add heavy cream and Cheese, Stir until melted/smooth.

Step 5Pour over Broccoli/Cauliflower

Step 6Top with Extra Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Step 7Bake for 20 to 30 Minutes (Cheese starts to turn slightly golden brown)
