BROCCOLI MAC & CHEESE (LOW CARB)
So good even my son had seconds!
Picture is showing Broccoli served with Stuffed Pepper.
2-3 mediumheads of broccoli or cauliflower (or 6 cups) (cooked)
1 to 2 clovegarlic (minced)
1 cheavy cream
3/4 cshredded mozzarella
5-6 ozcream cheese
1/2 cshredded cheddar (plus extra to top the broccoli before baking!)
How to Make BROCCOLI MAC & CHEESE (LOW CARB)
- Preheat oven to 425 Degrees
- Place Broccoli/Cauliflower in Baking Dish
- Sauce Pan, heat butter and garlic
- Add heavy cream and Cheese, Stir until melted/smooth.
- Pour over Broccoli/Cauliflower
- Top with Extra Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Bake for 20 to 30 Minutes (Cheese starts to turn slightly golden brown)
