Ingredients
- 4-6 cups broccoli florets, cut to about 1 inch pieces
- 30 ounces creamed corn
- 4 large eggs
- 1 large sweet onion, minced
- pinch salt and pepper
- 1/2 can evaporated milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 package ritz or keebler club crackers, crushed
How To Make broccoli corn casserole

Step 1mix together the first six ingredients together well

Step 2pour into a buttered dutch oven or baking dish

Step 3top with crushed crackers and dot these with butter

Step 4bake at 350, covered, for one hour, then for 10 minutes uncovered to brown the crackers.
