Broccoli/Cauliflower with Spaghetti

1head of cauliflower
4 clovegarlic, minced
1 mediumonion, chopped
1/2 pkgthin spaghetti
1/3 colive oil, extra virgin
·romano cheese, grated
How to Make Broccoli/Cauliflower with Spaghetti
- Add 6 cups water to 8 qt stock pot.
- Add garlic, onion, salt and pepper. Turn on heat and bring to boil, then reduce heat to simmer.
- Cut stem off of broccoli and quarter. Remove core of cauliflower and quarter. Add to pot. Drizzle with olive oil, cover and cook for 30 minutes.
- Break spaghetti in half and add to pot and cook for another 10 minutes or until tender. You can add the whole package of spaghetti to stretch this meal for a bigger family.
