  • 1 bunch cauliflower florets
  • 1 - small chopped red onion
  • 1 - green pepper
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • - salt & pepper to taste
