I got this recipe from my mother in law, it has always been a big hit with everyone, I am always asked to bring it to gathering.

Ingredients

  • 2 bunch
    broccoli florets
  • 2 bunch
    cauliflower, small florets
  • 4 large
    radishes sliced thin
  • 4 slice
    crisp cooked thick bacon
  • 1/2 c
    raisins plumped
  • 2 bunch
    greeni onions sliced thin
  • 4 Tbsp
    apple cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1 dash(es)
    salt
  • 1 dash(es)
    pepper

How to Make Broccoli cauliflower salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Use only the very tops of the broccoli and cauliflower discard all stems.Mix first 6 ingredients together, mix the remaining ingredients together, pour over salad mixture right before serving.
  2. If by chance there are any left overs, store in fridge and give a good toss before serving. Make sure each piece of broccoli and cauliflower are bite size
