Broccoli salad,broccoli slaw, whatever you want to call it, just as long as you call it a side dish :) This is so super easy to make and so delish. This goes great with just about anything. Store in the fridge and enjoy the next day, if there is any left. Hope y'all enjoy.

Ingredients For broccoli bliss

  • 2 lg
    heads of broccoli
  • 1 c
    golden raisins
  • 1/2 c
    diced red onion
  • 1 c
    cooked bacon , crumbled
  • 1/2 c
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 3 Tbsp
    apple cider vinegar
  • pinch of s&p

How To Make broccoli bliss

  • 1
    Cook bacon & let cool. Cut broccoli into small florets ( I blanched mine then into ice water, optional)

    Add everything into a medium bowls and combine. Not at this point you can play around with the mayo , raisins, onions, maybe you want a little more or less.

    Serve now or let chill. Really great the next day. ENJOY ( told ya it was super easy)
