broccoli bliss
Broccoli salad,broccoli slaw, whatever you want to call it, just as long as you call it a side dish :) This is so super easy to make and so delish. This goes great with just about anything. Store in the fridge and enjoy the next day, if there is any left. Hope y'all enjoy.

Ingredients
- 2 large heads of broccoli
- 1 cup golden raisins
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1 cup cooked bacon , crumbled
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- - pinch of s&p
How To Make broccoli bliss

Step 1Cook bacon & let cool. Cut broccoli into small florets ( I blanched mine then into ice water, optional)

Step 2Add everything into a medium bowls and combine. Not at this point you can play around with the mayo , raisins, onions, maybe you want a little more or less.

Step 3Serve now or let chill. Really great the next day. ENJOY ( told ya it was super easy)
