Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1 package lipton® onion-mushroom soup mix
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup half and half cream
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bunch broccoli florets, cooked
- ½ cup bread crumbs, buttered
How To Make broccoli au gratin

Step 1Preheat oven to 375°.

Step 2In saucepan, bring water to a boil.

Step 3Stir in onion-mushroom soup mix; simmer covered 5 minutes.

Step 4Stir in flour blended with cream and Worcestershire sauce.

Step 5Bring just to the boiling point, then simmer, stirring constantly, until sauce is thickened, about 5 minutes.

Step 6Stir in cheese until melted.

Step 7In 2-quart casserole, arrange broccoli; top with cheese sauce, then bread crumbs.

Step 8Bake 15 minutes or until heated through.
