Ingredients

1 c
water
1 pkg
lipton® onion-mushroom soup mix
3 Tbsp
all-purpose flour
1 c
half and half cream
1 tsp
worcestershire sauce
1 c
shredded cheddar cheese
1 bunch
broccoli florets, cooked
½ c
bread crumbs, buttered

How to Make BROCCOLI AU GRATIN

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 375°.
  • 2In saucepan, bring water to a boil.
  • 3Stir in onion-mushroom soup mix; simmer covered 5 minutes.
  • 4Stir in flour blended with cream and Worcestershire sauce.
  • 5Bring just to the boiling point, then simmer, stirring constantly, until sauce is thickened, about 5 minutes.
  • 6Stir in cheese until melted.
  • 7In 2-quart casserole, arrange broccoli; top with cheese sauce, then bread crumbs.
  • 8Bake 15 minutes or until heated through.
