Ingredients

  • 1 c
    water
  • 1 pkg
    lipton® onion-mushroom soup mix
  • 3 Tbsp
    all-purpose flour
  • 1 c
    half and half cream
  • 1 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bunch
    broccoli florets, cooked
  • ½ c
    bread crumbs, buttered

How to Make BROCCOLI AU GRATIN

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 375°.
  2. In saucepan, bring water to a boil.
  3. Stir in onion-mushroom soup mix; simmer covered 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in flour blended with cream and Worcestershire sauce.
  5. Bring just to the boiling point, then simmer, stirring constantly, until sauce is thickened, about 5 minutes.
  6. Stir in cheese until melted.
  7. In 2-quart casserole, arrange broccoli; top with cheese sauce, then bread crumbs.
  8. Bake 15 minutes or until heated through.
