Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound broccoli florets
  • 1/2 pound brussel sprouts
  • 2 - onions
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 3/4 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup cup parmesan cheese

How To Make broccoli and brussel sprout roast

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 400
  • Step 2
    Prepare brussel sprouts by trimming outer leaves and cutting off ends. If they are large, cut in half. Place in bowl with onions (diced about the same size as the brussel sprouts) and broccoli florets. Coat with oil, salt and pepper. Place on sheet pan and roast ( shaking pan occassionally ) for 35-40 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Sprinkle with parmesean cheese after taken out of the oven and serve hot.
