broccoli slaw casserole squares
This is a recipe using Dole's Broccoli Slaw with shredded carrots,and broccoli. It has been in the fridge long enough- so it has become this recipe today. Smells and tastes great..having chicken and mashed potatoes too.

Ingredients
- 12 ounces bag broccoli slaw (i used dole's)
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped fine
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped fine
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan
- 1 cup bisquick baking mix
- - sprinkling of sesame seeds for garnish
How To Make broccoli slaw casserole squares

Step 1Heat oven to 350^. Spray either a 10 inch or 8 inch square pan or casserole dish;set aside. --- Lightly beat eggs in a large bowl; add herbs, oil, butter, salt, and garlic to the bowl and combine.

Step 2In a small skillet saute the onions until soft, then add onions,cheese, and slaw to the bowl and mix to coat thoroughly. Add the bisquick and mix again.

Step 3Pour mixture into prepared dish, and spread evenly. Sprinkle top with sesame seeds. Bake for 35 minutes or until top is turning golden brown. NOTE: if you want to use regular broccoli , be sure to chop into small pieces.
