Broccoli Slaw Casserole Squares

This is a recipe using Dole's Broccoli Slaw with shredded carrots,and broccoli. It has been in the fridge long enough- so it has become this recipe today. Smells and tastes great..having chicken and mashed potatoes too.

12 oz
bag broccoli slaw (i used dole's)
4 large
1 Tbsp
fresh basil, chopped fine
2 Tbsp
fresh parsley, chopped fine
1/4 c
vegetable oil
1/4 c
melted butter
1/4 tsp
1 clove
1 c
finely chopped onion
1/2 c
shredded parmesan
1 c
bisquick baking mix
sprinkling of sesame seeds for garnish


1Heat oven to 350^. Spray either a 10 inch or 8 inch square pan or casserole dish;set aside.
Lightly beat eggs in a large bowl; add herbs, oil, butter, salt, and garlic to the bowl and combine.
2In a small skillet saute the onions until soft, then add onions,cheese, and slaw to the bowl and mix to coat thoroughly.
Add the bisquick and mix again.
3Pour mixture into prepared dish, and spread evenly. Sprinkle top with sesame seeds.
Bake for 35 minutes or until top is turning golden brown.
NOTE: if you want to use regular broccoli , be sure to chop into small pieces.
