1In a large cast iron dutch oven I use a 10 quart dutch oven. add 3 teaspoons of butter. Cook onion,broccoli,and mushrooms.For 10-12 min. covered. Add wine and cook about 2-3 minutes more
2In a mixing bowl mix flour,buttersalt & pepper,and half-half. Blend in cheese. Add to vegetables and mix well. Cover and bake for 20-25 min. 6-8 coals on bottom and 12-14 on top. Serve with your favorite meat.
