How To Make bonnie's tasty knife-cut slaw
-
Step 1This side dish can be made in less than 15 minutes. People love this stuff. Take it to the barbecue. Prep all the veggies, starting with the cabbage and give it a thin knife cut. Grate the carrot and sliver the peppers. Place all the ingredients in a large glass bowl. I buy those bags of small bell peppers in Walmart. They keep so well and are perfect for dishes like this.

Step 2Add the oil and vinegar to the bowl. Then add the salt, sugar and pepper.
-
Step 3Toss, cover and chill one hour, or eat it now. Simple as that! Enjoy!
