I made this last night w/ sesame chicken. It is a very healthy slaw that goes great w/ any Asian dish.

    rice wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp
    sesame oil.
  • 2 tsp
  • 2 tsp
    dijon-style mustard
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 6 c
    thinly sliced bok choy cabbage
  • 2
    carrots, shredded
  • 2
    scallions, thinly sliced

How to Make Bok Choy slaw


  1. In lg bowl, whisk together vinegar, oil, sugar, mustard and salt until sugar dissolves. Add bok choy cabbage, carrots and scallions. Toss w/ dressing to coat.
