Ingredients
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil.
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons dijon-style mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 6 cups thinly sliced bok choy cabbage
- 2 - carrots, shredded
- 2 - scallions, thinly sliced

Step 1In lg bowl, whisk together vinegar, oil, sugar, mustard and salt until sugar dissolves. Add bok choy cabbage, carrots and scallions. Toss w/ dressing to coat.
