Ingredients
- 28 - cherry tomatoes
- 7 - bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup mayo not salad dressing can substitue with yogurt
- 1/3 cup chopped celery
- 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese - grated
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsely
How To Make blt bites

Step 1Cut a thin slice off the top of each tomato using a paring knife.

Step 2Scoop out and discard the pulp. I use an iced tea spoon or a toddler child's spoon. Turn the tomatoes upside down onto a paper towel to drain any juice.

Step 3In a small bowl combine bacon,mayo, celery, cheese, and parsley. Using a pastry bag pipe the mixture into each tomato and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
