These morsels are mini but big on flavor. They are great for Game-Day, showers, brunch, holidays, and potlucks.

Ingredients

  • 28 - cherry tomatoes
  • 7 - bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup mayo not salad dressing can substitue with yogurt
  • 1/3 cup chopped celery
  • 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese - grated
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsely

How To Make blt bites

  • Step 1
    Cut a thin slice off the top of each tomato using a paring knife.
  • Step 2
    Scoop out and discard the pulp. I use an iced tea spoon or a toddler child's spoon. Turn the tomatoes upside down onto a paper towel to drain any juice.
  • Step 3
    In a small bowl combine bacon,mayo, celery, cheese, and parsley. Using a pastry bag pipe the mixture into each tomato and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
