  • 1/4 cup coconut, shredded
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons chilli powder
  • - salt to taste
  • 1/3 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon ginger paste
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic paste

How To Make stuffed bitter gourd fry

  • Step 1
    first peel the karela and take a knife n slightly cut. take pan add water , turmeric and add pinch of salt .until the water is dried.cook in medium flame.
  • Step 2
    make the mixture of coconut , chilli powder ..............garam masala powder etc and when u will make ginger garlic paste add the garam masala spices and process it
