1/2 kgbitter gourd , karela
1/4 ccoconut, shredded
1 1/2 Tbspchilli powder
·salt to taste
1/3 tspturmeric powder
1/2 Tbspginger paste
1/2 Tbspgarlic paste
1/3 tspgaram masala (cloves,cinnamon sticks, green cardamon cardomon
How to Make stuffed bitter gourd fry
- first peel the karela and take a knife n slightly cut.
take pan add water , turmeric and add pinch of salt .until the water is dried.cook in medium flame.
- make the mixture of coconut , chilli powder ..............garam masala powder etc and when u will make ginger garlic paste add the garam masala spices and process it
- add the stuffing into the karela
