Bitter gourd has been used to treat diabetes in traditional medicine and is now commercially available as tea (from fruits or leaves), juice, extracts, and pills. Although these products promise health benefits, most of the manufacturers do not offer scientifically proven data .

  • 1/2 kg
    bitter gourd , karela
  • 1/4 c
    coconut, shredded
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    chilli powder
  • ·
    salt to taste
  • 1/3 tsp
    turmeric powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    ginger paste
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    garlic paste
  • 1/3 tsp
    garam masala (cloves,cinnamon sticks, green cardamon cardomon

How to Make stuffed bitter gourd fry

Step-by-Step

  1. first peel the karela and take a knife n slightly cut.

    take pan add water , turmeric and add pinch of salt .until the water is dried.cook in medium flame.
  2. make the mixture of coconut , chilli powder ..............garam masala powder etc and when u will make ginger garlic paste add the garam masala spices and process it
  3. add the stuffing into the karela
