Ingredients For stuffed bitter gourd fry

  • 1/2 kg
    bitter gourd , karela
  • 1/4 c
    coconut, shredded
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    chilli powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1/3 tsp
    turmeric powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    ginger paste
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    garlic paste
  • 1/3 tsp
    garam masala (cloves,cinnamon sticks, green cardamon cardomon

How To Make stuffed bitter gourd fry

  • 1
    first peel the karela and take a knife n slightly cut. take pan add water , turmeric and add pinch of salt .until the water is dried.cook in medium flame.

    make the mixture of coconut , chilli powder ..............garam masala powder etc and when u will make ginger garlic paste add the garam masala spices and process it
