How To Make best spaghetti squash in the world!
-
Step 1First prepare your squash. Cut it in half lengthwise. Scoop out pulp and seeds. Place it cut-side down on cookie sheet and bake at 375 for 40 minutes.
-
Step 2While squash is baking, get your other veggies sliced and diced. You can leave out any that you do not like and add any that you do like!
-
Step 3Now that your squash is baked just take a fork and "shred" the inside out of the shell.
-
Step 4Pour about 2 Tablespoons olive oil into skillet. First sauté your pepper, onion, and garlic until just about soft. Add your mushrooms and then the spinach. Once the spinach has cooked down add the diced tomato and then the squash. Season with salt and pepper to taste. I also added some basil.
-
Step 5Now that everything is cooked and blended together just sprinkle your parmesan cheese on top. Now eat and enjoy!!! YUMMMMMMMM!
