Ingredients
- 6 large corn on the cob, shucked*brushed with olive oil*
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup olive oil mayo
- 2 tablespoons chives, chopped
- - zest of 1 lemon
- 3 ounces asiago cheese, shredded
- 1/2 tablespoon everglades seasoning *season salt*
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
How To Make best darn grilled corn on the cob

Step 1Preheat grill to medium high. Place each oiled corn on the cob in a piece of aluminum foil. Roll and secure ends. Grill for 15 minutes or until corn is tender

Step 2Combine ingredients 2-8 in a mixing bowl. Brush hot corn on the cob with the mixture. Top with additional chives.
