- 1 cup self rising flour
- 2 - eggs
- 1/2 cup beer your choice
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- - any veggies such as broccoli, cauiflour, mushrooms, zucchini, and mozzarella sticks
- - vegetable oil for frying
