- 2 tablespoons butter or vegetarian alternative
- 6 medium carrots, thinly sliced, on the bias
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil, crushed
How To Make basil carrots

Step 1In a medium skillet, melt butter, Add bias-cut carrots and sprinkle with salt. Crush basil in your fingers, and sprinkle over carrots.

Step 2Cover, and simmer 10 minutes, or until tender. Serves 6.
