Ingredients
- 1 1/2-2 pounds your choice of the following, or any combination
- - carrot, cut in to 1-2 inch pieces
- - brussel sprouts
- - broccoli florets
- - cauliflower, small florets
- - zucchini
- - yellow squash
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon vegan margarine
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make balsamic glazed vegetables

Step 1place veggies in a pan with water and vinegar. Bring to a boil and cover. reduce heat to medium and cook 10 minutes. Remove lid and increase heat, to allow water and vinegar to reduce and glaze the veggies, about 5-7 minutes.

Step 2When glazed to a sweet, rich brown color, add vegan margarine to coat veggies lightly. season with salt and pepper, and serve.
