I was never fond of either zuccini or squash until I started making it this way...now I love it!

Ingredients

1 small
zuccini
1 small
yellow squash
olive oil spray
1/2 tsp
lawry's garlic salt
2 Tbsp
parmesan cheese

How to Make Baked zuccini and squash

Step-by-Step

  • 1Wash vegetables. Cut off the ends. Cut each vegetable in two, lengthwise. Lay each half face up on aluminum foil covered baking sheet.
  • 2Spray with olive oil. Sprinkle with Lawry's Garlic salt and parmesan cheese.
  • 3Bake at 350 degrees f. for 20 minutes. Serve one half zuccini and one half yellow squash per person.
