How to Make Baked zuccini and squash
- Wash vegetables. Cut off the ends. Cut each vegetable in two, lengthwise. Lay each half face up on aluminum foil covered baking sheet.
- Spray with olive oil. Sprinkle with Lawry's Garlic salt and parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees f. for 20 minutes. Serve one half zuccini and one half yellow squash per person.
