How to Make Baked zuccini and squash
1Wash vegetables. Cut off the ends. Cut each vegetable in two, lengthwise. Lay each half face up on aluminum foil covered baking sheet.
2Spray with olive oil. Sprinkle with Lawry's Garlic salt and parmesan cheese.
3Bake at 350 degrees f. for 20 minutes. Serve one half zuccini and one half yellow squash per person.
