Ingredients
- 8 large onions, peeled, cut in 1/2.
- 1-3/4 cup lower-sodium chicken broth
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup light cream
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
How To Make baked creamy onions

Step 1Heat oven to 425. Spray a 9" x 13" baking dish w/ cooking spray. Place onions, cut side up in baking dish.

Step 2Drizzle onions w/ oil. Sprinkle w/ rosemary, salt and pepper. In bowl, whisk together cream and flour until smooth. Pour over onions. Sprinkle w/ nutmeg. Bake 25 mins, or until top is golden.
