These are great for the holidays! They go well w/ ham or turkey.

Ingredients

  • 8 large onions, peeled, cut in 1/2.
  • 1-3/4 cup lower-sodium chicken broth
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup light cream
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

How To Make baked creamy onions

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 425. Spray a 9" x 13" baking dish w/ cooking spray. Place onions, cut side up in baking dish.
  • Step 2
    Drizzle onions w/ oil. Sprinkle w/ rosemary, salt and pepper. In bowl, whisk together cream and flour until smooth. Pour over onions. Sprinkle w/ nutmeg. Bake 25 mins, or until top is golden.
