8 large
onions, peeled, cut in 1/2.
1-3/4 c
lower-sodium chicken broth
3 Tbsp
olive oil
2 tsp
chopped fresh rosemary
3/4 tsp
1/4 tsp
1/2 c
light cream
2 Tbsp
1/8 tsp
ground nutmeg

How to Make Baked creamy onions


  • 1Heat oven to 425. Spray a 9" x 13" baking dish w/ cooking spray. Place onions, cut side up in baking dish.
  • 2Drizzle onions w/ oil. Sprinkle w/ rosemary, salt and pepper. In bowl, whisk together cream and flour until smooth. Pour over onions. Sprinkle w/ nutmeg. Bake 25 mins, or until top is golden.
