This recipe comes from my Grandma's collection. This is a wonderful corn recipe for family get togethers.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 - eggs
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons all purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

How To Make baked corn pudding

  • Step 1
    In a bowl, combine the sugar and flour. Whisk in the eggs, milk, butter, salt and pepper. Stir in the corn and cream style corn. Pour into greased 1½qt. baking dish.
  • Step 2
    Bake uncovered at 350° for 45-50 minutes or until a knife inserted near center comes out clean.
