Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 cups whole corn
- 1 1/2 cups grated cheese
- 3 - eggs
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup bread crumbs
How To Make baked corn & cheese casserole

Step 1Over medium heat melt butter, whisk in flour & milk together until mixture thickens.

Step 2Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients in order given.

Step 3Place in "greased" 2 quart baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until firm.
