  • 6 slice
    white bread
  • 2 c
    milk
  • 3
    eggs, slightly beaten
  • salt to taste
  • dash of cayenne pepper
  • 1
    onion, grated
  • 2 c
    shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 c
    grated cheddar cheese

How To Make baked cabbage casserole

  • 1
    Soak bread in milk for 5 minutes. Add slightly beaten eggs, salt. pepper, onion and cabbage, mixing well. Top with grated cheese. Bake in a 350 degrees oven for 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
