I copied this recipe from a cookbook that contained only award winning recipes from Country Woman magazine, and altered it a bit to suit my family's taste. You can use any type of potato, of course, but the little new potatoes are especially good in this.
I love the sauce!
Double or triple as needed.
Ingredients For award winning new potatoes w/ yummy sauce
1 and 1/2 lb
small new potatoes
green onion, chopped
How To Make award winning new potatoes w/ yummy sauce
Boil whole potatoes until tender; drain and peel. Leave whole, or cut in half.
Combine remaining ingredients together and heat; do not boil. Pour over potatoes and serve.
