Award Winning New Potatoes w/ Yummy Sauce

I copied this recipe from a cookbook that contained only award winning recipes from Country Woman magazine, and altered it a bit to suit my family's taste. You can use any type of potato, of course, but the little new potatoes are especially good in this.
I love the sauce!
Double or triple as needed.

  • 1 and 1/2 lb
    small new potatoes
  • 1/3 c
    cucumber, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    green onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    radish, chopped
  • 1 tsp
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream

How to Make Award Winning New Potatoes w/ Yummy Sauce


  1. Boil whole potatoes until tender; drain and peel. Leave whole, or cut in half.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients together and heat; do not boil. Pour over potatoes and serve.
