award winning new potatoes w/ yummy sauce
I copied this recipe from a cookbook that contained only award winning recipes from Country Woman magazine, and altered it a bit to suit my family's taste. You can use any type of potato, of course, but the little new potatoes are especially good in this. I love the sauce! Double or triple as needed.

Ingredients
- 1 and 1/2 pounds small new potatoes
- 1/3 cup cucumber, chopped
- 2 tablespoons green onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons radish, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sour cream

Step 1Boil whole potatoes until tender; drain and peel. Leave whole, or cut in half.

Step 2Combine remaining ingredients together and heat; do not boil. Pour over potatoes and serve.
