This is ugly to look at but the best salsa ever, I make this for pot lucks with the girls when we have our yearly Margarita party. Oh what fun we have. This is our family favorite salsa, you just can't stop eating it once you start. Yummmm

Ingredients

  • 15 ounces can of black beans rinsed and drained
  • 15 ounces can of corn rinsed and drained
  • 28 ounces tomatoes, canned with juice diced
  • 1 bunch cilantro chopped
  • 2 - jalapeno peppers diced
  • 1 - red onion chopped
  • 4 - fresh tomatoes chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 4 large avocado chopped or diced
  • - the juice of 2 limes
  • - salt and pepper to taste

How To Make avocado salsa

  • Step 1
    this is the easy part, just mix everything in a large bowl and keep in the fridge when not eating if there is any left.
  • Step 2
    I zest the lime and put in the salsa, I think it taste great. can't have enough lime.
