- 12 sprigs fresh rosemary**
- 12 - young asparagus spears
- 12 slices proscuitto ham, sliced thin
- - olive oil cooking spray
- - homemade aioli (link is below in comments)
How To Make asparagus w/proscuitto (sallye)

Step 1Preheat oven to 400º Line baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with olive oil cooking spray

Step 2Wrap one slice of proscuitto around one asparagus spear, starting at bottom and spiraling to top Tie each bundle with a rosemary sprig **you can substitute fresh basil or oregano or thyme if you don't have rosemary**

Step 3Place each bundle on baking sheet in a single layer Place in oven and bake for 5 minutes Remove from oven and carefully turn bundles over, return to oven Bake for about 5 more minutes until proscuitto is crisp

Step 4Plate and serve immediately with a collop of homemade aioli
