12 sprig(s)
fresh rosemary**
12
young asparagus spears
12 slice
proscuitto ham, sliced thin
olive oil cooking spray
homemade aioli (link is below in comments)

How to Make ASPARAGUS W/PROSCUITTO (SALLYE)

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 400ยบ

    Line baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with olive oil cooking spray
  • 2Wrap one slice of proscuitto around one asparagus spear, starting at bottom and spiraling to top

    Tie each bundle with a rosemary sprig
    **you can substitute fresh basil or oregano or thyme if you don't have rosemary**
  • 3Place each bundle on baking sheet in a single layer

    Place in oven and bake for 5 minutes

    Remove from oven and carefully turn bundles over, return to oven

    Bake for about 5 more minutes until proscuitto is crisp
  • 4Plate and serve immediately with a collop of homemade aioli
