asian vegatable fried rice

i love veggie, so i always have them on hand. And we love rice, so why not eat them together right..lol:)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1 clove garlic , minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger
  • 1 cup carrots,slice thin
  • 3 - green onions or scallions (white and 3 inches of the green)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 teaspoons white or dark soy sauce

How To Make asian vegatable fried rice

  • Step 1
    In a wok or skillet, heat over med-high heat. Cook garlic and ginger for 30 seconds.Take out and set aside.
  • Step 2
    Add the rest of the ingrdients. Mix well. Cook until broccoli and carrot. until tender..
