i love veggie, so i always have them on hand. And we love rice, so why not eat them together right..lol:)

Ingredients

  • 1 c
    cooked rice
  • 1 tsp
    oil
  • 1 clove
    garlic , minced
  • 1 tsp
    fresh ginger
  • 1 c
    carrots,slice thin
  • 3
    green onions or scallions (white and 3 inches of the green)
  • 2 c
    broccoli florets
  • 2 tsp
    white or dark soy sauce

Step-by-Step

  1. In a wok or skillet, heat over med-high heat. Cook garlic and ginger for 30 seconds.Take out and set aside.
  2. Add the rest of the ingrdients. Mix well. Cook until broccoli and carrot. until tender..
