- 1 clove garlic , minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger
- 1 cup carrots,slice thin
- 3 - green onions or scallions (white and 3 inches of the green)
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 teaspoons white or dark soy sauce
