How to Make ASIAN STYLE FRIED CABBAGE
- Cut cabbage into fourths and core it.
- Slice cabbage thinly.
- Chop garlic.
- Slice onion medium-thin
- In LARGE non-stick pan heat oil and cook garlic for a few minutes.
- Add cabbage,onion,ginger,dales sauce and toss well to coat cabbage evenly.
- Cook on medium heat stirring frequently so it doesn't brown much. Cook until desired doneness...I like it a bit crunchy and the cabbage a bright green.Enjoy
