Ingredients For asian stir-fried squash

  • 1 lg
    yellow squash
  • MY SQUASH WAS REALLY LARGE. IF YOURS ARE SMALLER USE 2 SQUASHES.
  • 1 Tbsp
    lite soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder

How To Make asian stir-fried squash

    Slice squash into 1/4 inch pieces. NOTE: my squash was really large so I quartered the slice to make the pieces bite-sized.

    Place oil, soy sauce, garlic and ginger into a skillet or wok. Stir to mix well.

    Heat over medium.

    When oil is hot, add squash pieces to skillet. Stir to coat with oil mixture.

    Cook stirring frequently until squash is tender-crisp about 7 minutes.
