Asian Stir-fried Squash
1 largeyellow squash
MY SQUASH WAS REALLY LARGE. IF YOURS ARE SMALLER USE 2 SQUASHES.
1 Tbsplite soy sauce
2 Tbspsesame oil
1/2 tspground ginger
1/2 tspgarlic powder
How to Make Asian Stir-fried Squash
- Slice squash into 1/4 inch pieces. NOTE: my squash was really large so I quartered the slice to make the pieces bite-sized.
- Place oil, soy sauce, garlic and ginger into a skillet or wok. Stir to mix well.
- Heat over medium.
- When oil is hot, add squash pieces to skillet. Stir to coat with oil mixture.
- Cook stirring frequently until squash is tender-crisp about 7 minutes.
