Ingredients
- 1 large yellow squash
- MY SQUASH WAS REALLY LARGE. IF YOURS ARE SMALLER USE 2 SQUASHES.
- 1 tablespoon lite soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
How To Make asian stir-fried squash
-
Step 1Slice squash into 1/4 inch pieces. NOTE: my squash was really large so I quartered the slice to make the pieces bite-sized.
-
Step 2Place oil, soy sauce, garlic and ginger into a skillet or wok. Stir to mix well.
-
Step 3Heat over medium.
-
Step 4When oil is hot, add squash pieces to skillet. Stir to coat with oil mixture.
-
Step 5Cook stirring frequently until squash is tender-crisp about 7 minutes.
