Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon peanut oil
- 8 ounces country smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 small red onion, sliced
- 1 small green pepper, sliced
- 4 - garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1/2-1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 - head green cabbage, sliced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
- 1/4 cup cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
How To Make asian stir-fried cabbage & country smoked sausage

Step 1Add peanut oil to a large medium high heated skillet, fry sausage golden brown for 2 minutes on both sides.

Step 2Add onion, green pepper, garlic, ginger and red pepper flakes to the skillet. Stir fry until onion is translucent.

Step 3Add cabbage to skillet. Stir-fry for about 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and cook for an additional minute or so.
