peanut oil
8 oz
country smoked sausage, sliced
1 small
red onion, sliced
1 small
green pepper, sliced

garlic cloves, chopped
1 tsp
ginger, minced
1/2-1 tsp
red pepper flakes

head green cabbage, sliced
1 1/2 tsp
toasted sesame oil
1/4 c
cup soy sauce
1 Tbsp
fish sauce

How to Make Asian Stir-Fried Cabbage & Country Smoked Sausage

Step-by-Step

  • 1Add peanut oil to a large medium high heated skillet, fry sausage golden brown for 2 minutes on both sides.
  • 2Add onion, green pepper, garlic, ginger and red pepper flakes to the skillet. Stir fry until onion is translucent.
  • 3Add cabbage to skillet. Stir-fry for about 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and cook for an additional minute or so.
