- PEANUT GINGER DRESSING
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger or ginger paste
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 - 2 tablespoons mirin or honey

- 8 cups shredded green and red cabbage
- 2 medium carrots, peeled and julienned
- 1 red bell pepper, julienned
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 3 tablespoons sesame seeds
How To Make asian slaw

Step 1To make the peanut ginger dressing, whisk all ingredients in a small bowl. It may take several minutes to make it smooth.

Step 2To make the Asian slaw, combine the shredded cabbage, carrots, red bell pepper, and cilantro in a large bowl.

Step 3Toast the sesame seeds in a dry skillet over medium heat until lightly browned and fragrant. Toss frequently so they do not burn. This takes 3-4 minutes. Immediately remove them from the heat.
