Ingredients
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 3 cups finely julenned or shredded carrots
- 1 cup finely julienned green pepper
- 1 cup well-drained julienned beets
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 3 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup thinly shredded green onions
How To Make asian raisin spring veggie salad

Step 1In a medium bowl, mix sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic, vinegar and ginger. Set aside.

Step 2Place the carrots,pepper and raisins in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover loosely and microwave on high for aout 3-4 minutes or until veggies are crisp-tender.

Step 3Add the drained beets and 1/4 C of the green onions to the veggies, then drizzle with half of the dressing. Sprinkle with 2 T sesame seeds and toss well, adding a little more dressing to cover well.

Step 4Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 3 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle with remaining sesame seeds and green onions
