Being Japanese, I love to use Soy Sauce! This is easy healthy carrot slow (salad) with sesame flavor.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups julienne cut carrot
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 - large egg, beaten

How To Make asian flavored carrot slow

  • Step 1
    In a skillet, heat sesame oil and cook carrots over medium heat until tender.
  • Step 2
    Stir in sugar and soy sauce. Add beaten egg and stir to coat. (don't cook too long) Turn off the heat and sprinkle sesame seeds.
