Step-by-Step

  1. In a skillet, heat sesame oil and cook carrots over medium heat until tender.
  2. Stir in sugar and soy sauce. Add beaten egg and stir to coat. (don't cook too long) Turn off the heat and sprinkle sesame seeds.
