Ingredients
- 4 cups finely shredded cabbage
- 1/3 cup carrot, shredded
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar, light
- 4 teaspoons soy sauce
- - toasted sesame seeds
- - almonds, sliced
- - green onions, chopped
How To Make asian cabbage salad

Step 1Shred cabbage finely. I used savoy but you could use green, red or a combination for this salad. Add shredded carrots.

Step 2In a large bowl stir together the rice vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar and sesame oil till well blended and sugar dissolves. I have also used apple cider vinegar and it works great too.

Step 3Add cabbage and carrots and toss in dressing.Sprinkle with sesame seeds, almonds and green onions to taste.
