- 10 ounces bunch swiss chard
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- - salt and pepper
- 1 pinch freshly grated nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons golden raisins, chopped
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
How To Make argentine sauteed swiss chard

Step 1Remove stems from chard and chop leaves coarsely.

Step 2Heat oil in a large pan and saute onion and garlic until soft.

Step 3Add chopped chard leaves, salt, pepper, and a generous splash of balsamic vinegar.

Step 4Cover an with a lid until leaves wilt, about one minute.

Step 5Add raisins and continue to cook, stir-frying, until chard is as tender as you like,
