- 3/4 pound broccoli, cleaned, trimmed, cut into florets, stems sliced
- 1 1/4 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 1 large carrot, thinly sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves

Step 1In a large skillet heat oil to medium high heat. Add broccoli , mushrooms, carrot, garlic, lemon rind, salt and thyme. Srir-fry 5-8 minutes or until tender. Makes 4 servings.
