Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp
    corn oil
  • 3/4 lb
    broccoli, cleaned, trimmed, cut into florets, stems sliced
  • 1 1/4 c
    mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 large
    carrot, thinly sliced
  • 1 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp
    grated lemon rind
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    dried thyme leaves

How to Make 10-K BROCCOLI

Step-by-Step

  1. In a large skillet heat oil to medium high heat. Add broccoli , mushrooms, carrot, garlic, lemon rind, salt and thyme. Srir-fry 5-8 minutes or until tender. Makes 4 servings.
