Ingredients

  • 4 c
    zucchini, grated
  • 1 c
    heart healthy bisquick
  • 1
    small onion, grated
  • 4
    eggs
  • 1/4 c
    olive oil
  • 1/2 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c
    mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    parsley

How to Make Zucchini Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Mix everything together in a bowl. Spray Pam in a pie dish or casserole dish. Pour mixture into dish. Bake approximately 45 minutes or till golden brown. Test with a toothpick in the center for doneness. If it comes out clean it is ready. Divide into portions and serve.
