- 1 pound asparagus, fresh
- 1 cup zesty italian salad dressing
- 1 - shallot,chopped
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
How To Make zesty italian roasted asparagus & shallots

Step 1Preheat oven to 450. Line a baking sheet with foil & spray with cooking spray.

Step 2Prepare asparagus by cutting off tough ends. Chop shallots. Place asparagus & shallots on prepared baking sheet. Season with Italian salad dressing, black pepper, & parmesan.

Step 3Roast for 10 minutes. Serve
