I wanted a new recipe for asparagus. I love this recipe & so does my husband because it's healthy & delicious.

    asparagus, fresh
  • 1 c
    zesty italian salad dressing
  • 1
  • 1 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/2 c
    parmesan cheese

How to Make Zesty Italian Roasted Asparagus & Shallots


  1. Preheat oven to 450. Line a baking sheet with foil & spray with cooking spray.
  2. Prepare asparagus by cutting off tough ends. Chop shallots. Place asparagus & shallots on prepared baking sheet. Season with Italian salad dressing, black pepper, & parmesan.
  3. Roast for 10 minutes. Serve
