I wanted a new recipe for asparagus. I love this recipe & so does my husband because it's healthy & delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound asparagus, fresh
  • 1 cup zesty italian salad dressing
  • 1 - shallot,chopped
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

How To Make zesty italian roasted asparagus & shallots

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 450. Line a baking sheet with foil & spray with cooking spray.
  • Step 2
    Prepare asparagus by cutting off tough ends. Chop shallots. Place asparagus & shallots on prepared baking sheet. Season with Italian salad dressing, black pepper, & parmesan.
  • Step 3
    Roast for 10 minutes. Serve
