With this recipe, I have turned my veggie-hating husband into a veggie-lover! Now, he actually asks me to make kale at least twice a week!

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch fresh kale, chopped
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, choped (more or less depending on taste. we love lots of garlic!)
  • - flavored vinegar (any flavor, use as much or as little as you want)
  • - olive oil, extra virgin
  • - parmesan cheese, grated

How To Make yummy kale

  • Step 1
    Heat olive oil in saute pan.
  • Step 2
    Add chopped garlic, and saute just until starting to get soft.
  • Step 3
    Add chopped kale and flavored vinegar. Top with parmesan cheese. Saute 5-7 minutes, or until just starting to wilt.
